Moving on UP!

September 24, 2006 at 12:28 pm (Gaming)

I can safely say, without fear of contention, that I am with the most wonderful woman in the world. Okay, so my mother is wonderful too- but my girlfriend is the absolute best, nicest, sweetest lady ever to walk into my life.

I thought it was impossible to surprise me but oh was I wrong. She successfully threw a surprise party for me that had me totally stunned and speechless. She did most of the food preparations- that is the cheesecake, fruit-kebab and the like. Her mother and father- really good people- cooked jerk chicken and pork along with manish water and curried goat. There were a lot of people there- 3/4 of whom I didn’t know, but they all came out to wish me happy birthday and partake of the festivities and food. My mom and brother, Yatta, Damion, Damion’s brother and Lee-ann were also there. They were at the centre of the conspiracy.

I am now a member of the Xbox 360 owners!! Yes, my girlfriend, Kireen, bought me an Xbox 360 Premium edition console. The Xbox 360 is pretty much its own PC in terms of the power it pushes out. I need a television- should be getting one this week. I can hardly wait to start playing. The first game I get will be Dead or Alive 4. Second game will be Hitman: Blood Money. Third game will be Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. I think I am going to go for the whole shebang- Xbox Live Gold etc. I am just so excited!!!

Pictures to be posted soon.

Changing Barbers

September 10, 2006 at 8:36 am (Idleness)

Life is good. Life has its moments but for the most part it is good. I mean so I work 12hour days, Mondays to Fridays and then am expected to come in on Weekends- with no extra renumeration. When you have all that plus the stress of life and school and goals you really don’t want stress from your barber.

I have a Barber named Basil who I usually go to when I have time and $300-$350. He usually trims be properly, though sometimes he doesn’t ask me what I want and he seems to rush the affair. On my most recent visit he rushed, didn’t cut me properly and then charged me $500. The last barber to do that lost my business. I paid Basil the $500 and then walked out. In the world of Barbers there are more sellers than buyers. I can be very evil and go to the same Barber salon but have someone else cut my hair. I can do the good thing and just use another Barber salon. I am not yet sure how I will play this but I have 1 week to decide before my hair gets strange.

World of Warcraft

September 9, 2006 at 7:22 pm (Gaming)

If you ever go to the Korgath server and see a young druid named Parragonius just feel free to hail me up. I am a lvl 5 Druid with a big heart… and a heart of Gold. I got GOOOOLD from a friend who has been in it since it first came out.

I like it. The world is big, there is a lot to see and do and it takes all your time. There seems to be a nice community going and the gameplay gets exciting with each level you gain. There are some features that I would probably want that I understand don’t exist. That is fine. However, I just want to be the highest and best epic level 60 Druid on that server. The HORDE will bow before me in fear for I am PARRAGONius.

I am looking forward to raiding Horde towns and killing more Horde instead of what I currently do, which is run and hide.
